From the WooCommerce → Orders list screen, tick the checkboxes for the orders you want to send. Then use the Bulk Actions dropdown — you will see one action per enabled courier:
- Send to Steadfast — books all selected orders with Steadfast
- Send to Pathao — books all selected orders with Pathao
- Send to RedX — books all selected orders with RedX
After the action runs, an admin notice shows a summary:
Steadfast bulk booking: 12 booked, 3 skipped (already booked), 0 failed
Already-booked orders are automatically skipped — they will not be double-booked. Failed orders count separately so you can retry them.
COD Amount Column
The orders list has a COD (৳) column. You can edit the amount directly in the list — it saves automatically with a short delay. The tick (✓) or cross (✗) indicator confirms whether the save succeeded. This amount is used for all bookings.
Shipping Label Column
The Shipping Label column appears next to the COD column. After a successful booking, a ↓ download icon appears. Click it to download the PDF label for that order. If no label has been generated yet, a dash (—) is shown.
✓ Labels are generated automatically after every successful single booking and every successful bulk booking. You never need to manually trigger label generation.
