If you need a new label (for example after correcting the COD amount), simply click Re-book Parcel on the order page. The new booking will overwrite the old consignment ID and generate a fresh label.
⚠️ Important: Re-booking creates a new consignment with the courier. The old consignment ID will be replaced. Notify the courier if the old parcel was already picked up.
